ここでは、ついに国際化されたR-2.1.1 Windows版を新規インストールして、日本語メッセージで使う方法を説明します。
まず、CRAN(国内ミラー)からWindows用のバイナリ 
をダウンロードします。次に、rw2011patを実行します。以下のようなウィンドウが現れます。"OK"ボタンで次に進みます。
以下のように変更します。
